The Process

Group Evaluation and Goal Setting
In the initial group meeting, we provide individualized feedback on athlete’s strengths and weaknesses, and collaboratively set realistic short-term and long-term goals for each athlete. This sets the stage for personalized development within the group setting.

Interactive Workshops and Seminars
Regular workshops on key topics like personal branding, communication with coaches, creating effective highlight reels, and navigating the recruiting process.

Skill Development and Training Plans
Athletes will receive a variety of drills, exercises, and workout routines to improve their technique, strength, agility, and overall athletic, and game performance.

Film Review and Analysis
Game footage analyses as a group, encouraging athletes to provide feedback to each other. This fosters a deeper understanding of game strategy and allows for collaborative learning and improvement.

Mentorship and Support
We create a supportive and encouraging environment where athletes can learn from and motivate each other. As their mentor and guide, I will be available to offer support and guidance to each athlete, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Open Q&A and Check-Ins
Open forum discussions where athletes can ask questions, share challenges, and celebrate successes. Regular check-in with each athlete to track individual progress and make adjustments to their goals and training plans.
