This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes https://salavavolleyball.com/ (“Site”, “Platform”, “our”, “we”, “us”) privacy practices with respect to the types of information we collect from users (“users,” “you,” “your”) via the Site, what we use the information for, who we share the information with, and the measures that we take to protect your information. The Site is the website for Tomas Salava, a sole proprietorship focused on volleyball coaching and nutrition, with principal place of business at 409 N.Pacific Coast Hwy, Redondo Beach, CA 90277.

By using our Site, you agree to this Policy.  Moreover, we reserve the right to make changes to this Policy periodically, at our discretion, and your continued use of the Site after any such Policy changes will be considered acceptance of the modified Policy. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you share and provide access to your personal information.  Importantly, we use an SSL certificate and HTTPS protocol to protect your data.  As otherwise noted herein, all data we collect and store is protected and secured.

Our security procedures mean that we will occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you. You are solely responsible for protecting against unauthorized access to your computer/mobile device.

Please note, however, that we have done what we can to create a secure app for you, the internet is not a secure environment, and we cannot guarantee the confidentiality or security of the data that you transmit to us.  As such, we cannot be responsible or liable for the security of your data that you transmit through the internet.
